Note: This currently works only on Nvidia video cards with AMD fix to come - I tested on my Nvidia GTX 1080Ti OC. It took a combined effort from a lot of people to get this working and involves a fair amount of tweaking so I thought I'll put together a quick tutorial for those having issues.
